Data files are 20 Mb.

If the game does not work please install aLogcat app from Market, capture crash log and email it to me.
No log - no bugfixes!
The game requires 200 Mb RAM to run, so it may fail to start on low-end devices - use any task killer app to free some RAM, or try OpenTTD-lowmem app.
